Tennessee "Polk Salad" Festival & Pageant

The Tennessee "Polk Salad" Festival and Pageant is an annual event held the 2nd Saturday in May to celebrate spring & summer with food, bluegrass music, contests and loads of fun.  "Polk Salad" will take center stage during the festival and pageant and of course, poke salet will be available for tasting.  The Miss Polk Salad pageant will be held for ages 16-30 years old.
